Reviews of Leon's Furniture in Kitchener

Cheap shoddy furniture. After sending pictures manager agreed he had never seen a sofa so poorly constructed. Months later received a replacement and it was the same. Again pictures sent only I chose a more expensive and after months of problems only extremely reluctant to give any discount. My new sofa has a small defect and again sent a picture asking it be fixed but no response. The model of the first two sofas are still being sold in the store so poor customer that goes thru the lack of any pride in their product that this store displays.

The delivery guys were so kind to me! They did a wonderful job with bringing the furniture to my room! Dimitri was one of the delivery guys, didn't catch the name of the other guy. They were amazing today! I'm glad I did my shopping at Leon's in guelph!

I love my new stampede couch and chair. My salesperson Lauren was awesome. She was very patient while I literally looked at every couch in there. She was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Great service. The delivery was on time and the guys were great too. I’ll be back.
