Last year I was looking to purchase a new vehicle since my family had purchased many vehicles in the past through milburns I decided to give them a try I found a vehicle that I liked however there was some Rust issues that I was wanting to be corrected or taken care of before purchase a delivery of my vehicle I was assured that the body work would be taken care of and the rust spots would be taken care of in sealed I was very upset and frustrated that once I washed my vehicle down paint started to come off I called in and talked to somebody that was very nice and was understanding of the situation of the first time washing my vehicle and the paint coming off the next morning I went to Melbourne's I was confronted by an aggressive and irate employee that was wearing a Melbourne shirt only to find out that it was the owner of the dealership which was very shocking considering how he conducted himself they also seem to be disconcerned about what happened and show no character compassion for having the issue corrected or being done properly which it should have in the first place now as a single father I'm left to get the body work done at my own expense unfortunately at milburn's you are not a person you're a number and their bank account if you're curious about a vehicle there that needs body work or paint I suggest you Outsource the work yourself I will not be buying my next vehicle there in the future no I recommending anybody to buy from
