Horrible, horrible experience at this gym. I am experiencing serious health problems and called the gym numerous times to have my membership canceled, when I was well enough to do so. They continued to charge my credit card for months and refused to refund me, despite extenuating circumstances. I don't care about your company policy, I care about how you treat your members, who are people, not just money in the bank. This gym is only after your money. The prices are insanely high for what you get (zero discount if you're a student!!) and it's the same workout over and over again, which means it's repetitive and boring. I would never recommend this gym to anyone. I'm disgusted with how my personal health situation was handled.
