Reviews of Bremner's Plumbing & Heating in Halifax

Adam (The Owner) from bremners called and left me a voicemail to tell me that he thought my review below was unfair, that he did send me a quote that I obviously didn't receive and that it didn't matter anyway because he didn't want the job. I'm absolutely gobsmacked that the owner of this company would act so petty and childish. If he did try to send me a quote that I did not receive I would have changed my review. Instead, he acted like a petulant child and threw a hissy fit. I called the company to let the receptionist know I would be leaving a review about the response and now bremners is trying to call me back a few times. I'm sure this company employs competent plumbers, but if anything went wrong, dealing with the owner would be an absolute nightmare. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I emailed the company to get a quote on installing a basement bathroom. I had a budget of several thousand dollars but it involved jackhammering the concrete floor. They emailed me back in a few days and we set up a time to meet to get a quote. The young fellah that showed up seemed to hum and haw about the job and did not seem interested in it at all. He said he would take the week to put together the numbers and get back to me. That was a month ago and I am still waiting to hear from him. It must be nice to be so busy that you don't have to bother answering clients who don't have perfect easy jobs. It just seems unprofessional to not follow-up when you said you would.
