Reviews of Mosaik Properties in Halifax

This is the worst company in HRM you can ever rent from. They are unprofessional, rude, and completely incompetent. They are very disorganized (i.e. asking me to come sign my lease and provide a deposit when I had already done so weeks earlier!). The property manager at Aspen is the most ignorant person I have ever dealt with and not cooperative at all when I tried to arrange a move-in date/time. Friends that lived in other buildings had warned me not to rent from Mosaik (or any buildings owned by Panos Giannoulis) and I wish I had listened. Even after taking my security deposit and signing a lease, the management then decided I was not a suitable tenant so they no longer want to honour the signed lease (and still have my security deposit). Save yourself the time and headache and look elsewhere!
