Reviews of Pilchers Flowers in Halifax

Flowers were delivered frozen - died on second day. The recipients of the flowers called and after some discussion, Pilchers agreed to replace the flowers if the recipients went to pick them up. The replacement flowers were nothing like what was originally ordered, way less in value and type of flowers. When I called to request a partial refund of the $128 order, I was told there would be no refund, that they had done all the would do. Very unhappy with the fact that flowers were delivered frozen, that the elderly couple had to go and pick up the replacement flowers, the replacement flowers were nothing like the original order, and no amount of refund was allowed. Will NEVER order from here again.
