Reviews of Rackology in Halifax

Ordered a bike rack and trailer hitch paid full amount in advance $1800 dollars and they told me that it was in stock and a seven business day order . Three weeks later no phone calls or follow up and they first could not find anything then after about 10 minutes I was told that the hitch could not be ordered eta unknown . I asked them why no one contacted me and the answer was we are busy and have many clients . Very bad customer service. They told me after we left and got our money back ( they offered another hitch 3x more expensive) good luck getting it as no one has it yet I found it at U haul up the road . 3x less expensive. To top it off they placed a bad review on my business on Google while at the same time praising their own business as a good review as “ Rono” even though they never had dealt with my company. STAY away avoid at all cost very unprofessional and not supportive at all
