I don’t know where to start. So many problems with this pharmacy. Their system is broken. Poor communication from the top down and this affects the patient who needs to have their prescription be accurate, on time and appropriately dispensed. Rather than going on a long rant I strongly encourage each patient to enter this pharmacy very carefully and to do their homework on what they are there to pick up.
If anyone has a concern with this pharmacy please do not waste your time speaking to the owner as she is always right and turns a blind eye to the problems at hand. Maybe shoppers drug mart home office could be of more assistance when voicing a concern.
