My experience in renting here has been attrocious. I gave verbal notice to teminate contract before moving in receiving a grin and a haha an told you have a signed lease If you plan on renting here get any promises in writing. i was told my taps would be replaced as they were broken and green. apartments are very outdated and shoddyt workmanship is very evident, so look closely at walls and fixtures. My ceramic floor that was promised was never installed. Water problems adn pressures are a problem/ Staff is intrusive and lie lie lie to get a signed lease then too bad for the consumer. They paint over fixtures and appliances.I had things stolen with key access. even food items and canned goods. What seems to be a great place is in my opinion a negative bet,,, Renter beware ... get every little detail in writing. Happy house hunting to all who may read this.
