Reviews of The End Pocket in Hamilton

I have been going to this pool hall for years! Never had bad service nor bad attitude from any of the people that work there. The drinks and pool are great value, I travel from Burlington and have tried at least a dozen other halls from around Hamilton, you will find no better such hall. Music is great and the patrons are respectful, the above review does not reflect this pool hall.

Terrible service, could not believe how the head employee treats his customers in a terrible disrespectful way. Constantly swearing and trying to boss his customers around like he is a lion in a jungle. it was completely ubsurd! Name calling and harsh mocking of his customer's! He does not not deserve to be in business nor a servant or what ever he is ! Absolutely in executable as an employee or owner! I do not reccomend anybody going end pocket. Try out c******** just right up the street from this location. Better quality and better people and a better time ! This guy is not worth anybodys time nor money. Truly disgusted.
