Reviews of Forbidden City Chinese Restaurant in Hamilton

When I order my meal to go
I always specify 5 plum sauces ,5 soya sauce ,5 mustards and one Extra bag of dry noodles
They repeat my order and I repeat my condiments order yes yes they replay.I pickup the meal get home and 40% of the time NO CONDIMENTS What NO CONDIMENTS again.
Called and complained and still happens.
Ever since the new owners took over their food is not as tasty they don’t have any customer appreciation
The Dining area is depressing and the table service needs upgrading.
Find another restaurant I did

So No Ho Condiments AGAIN 3rd experience . 30%Failure Rate
Don’t order anything that needs condiments 
They forgot to give the mustard 
They fogot the plum sauce
They forgot the soya sauce 
They didn’t forget to charge me 
No tip today for them 
But my tip to you is find another place .
I called back as I got my order to ho go home
How about a refund So Ho Sorry can’t do 
No credit the meal either 
Do not order from there 
I asked if the condiments are there So Ho yes 
No Ho condiments again 
This is the 
3rd time out of 10 times Ive Orderd in 11 months 
Food good But the Lady and Cook left a terrible taste in my Ho mouth 
I quit from ordering there never again Been a customer for 25 years ever since the new people took over 
It’s got no customer appreciation

food is not the same quality plus the taste isn’t there
Seem to forget to give condiments like no plum sauce or no soya sauce or no mustard .In the last year they have forgotten all 3 condiments requests THREE different orders Times .
Complained and the lady said we give u extra next time
WOW there won’t ever be a next time
Oh also another time they fogot the dry noodles
Out of 10 times they are running 60.%. They just forgot
