I normally don’t post. Since genuine bakery ignored my concerns, my name is (Josie)the lady who spoke to me said she will have the Manager reach out to me. I picked up my order on Christmas Eve. We asked for extra sauce for lasagna and no sauce was given. The lasagna was floating in water. The sausages was sour and dried out. The peas and carrots had no seasoning, it seemed like you opened a frozen bag and dumped them on a tray. The chicken was bland. The potatoes, same thing opened a bag & dumped on the tray NO TASTE AT ALL I was embarrassed to serve this to my family. It went straight into the garbage. I was very upset and it ruined our Christmas Dinner! Thank you Genuine bakery, next time reach out to your concerned customer privately. NEVER AGAIN
