Worst building ever. My parents lived there for 8 months. Very rude and unprofessional superintendent. No visitors parking. No pets allowed Cacroches. Bed bugs

This place is like a revolving door, turnover ratio is brutal. You would think for close to 1000 dollars in rent you would get something inbetween. Superintendant is rude and her live in boyfriend is a douchebag. And there's always this creepy dude sitting in the laundry room, my girlfriend complained of someone going through her laundry and stealing her panties. If your going to rent pay the extra cause that extra 200 will save you a lot in the long run .

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! Ive had mold in my baby daughters room that never got addressed, management is rude, they wont ever give you the owners number if you have any problems. All we've been through is absolute hell since the moment we moved in !!! Unfortunately we are saving for a mortgage right now or we would be out. I would have not rated this place anything but the website makes you.
