called them and spoke to some rude person Laura who said I transferred my dog to some clinic in Mississauga. I told her I haven’t transferred her anywhere and she was always with this clinic. Even for my dogs emergency operation I called the doctors in Queensdale and it only continued with the other clinic after they declined to do it which was fair. Today they could not give me any proof of change and kept repeating the same words and then hung up to my face. And didn’t answer when I called back. This is what happens when Indian people run a business. They act like they are in India. As an Indian I recognize this attitude. Never going here and spreading the word around …

Edit- just spoke to mill creek vet in Mississauga where they say my dog was transferred apparently… they said they have no record of my dog there and there was one appointment made few months ago for her for a check up which didn’t happen because my dog went into an emergency… so my dog has no clinic now … thanks to the rude people at Queensdale

This place sucks, I’m feeling sick coming to this place.

I have had dogs for Decades and have visited Many places in this area and beyond.
I am so happy to have found Queensdale Animal Hospital. They rate the Best in my experience. From puppy to the end they have been compassionate, understanding and caring. Appointments are available when needed, and I have never had to wait. The Doctor takes the time to totally explain, yet never pushes unnecessary procedures or meds. Prices are very reasonable.
