Don’t get ripped off! Overpriced, terrible service and rude female manager. Do your research of the competition before buying. There is a reason why Maxam’s reviews are the worst. I had purchased equipment with a Lifetime warranty. Recently I called regarding this. She told me she didn’t keep the sales records and denied that she had sold me this warranty. When I sent her a copy of my receipt with proof, I didn’t receive an apology or satisfaction. I contacted the BBB and the Ministry of Consumer Complaints. Save yourself money and headaches and go to Fitness Depot in Ancaster...buyer beware.
