Your chocolate chip cookies are in our vending machine at work. I love them and purchase them quite frequently. The problem is, today my cookies had green plastic in it. Luckily the colour green stood out and i was able to see it and not eat the cookie. If this happened to a child the results could be very serious. A broken tooth , digestive problems etc. It was probably the results of a broken belt or conveyor at the factory but it was very unacceptable and i will no longer purchase them. A suggestion would be get your quality control looked at so no one else has to have this experience. Do you not have a scanner that can reject items with foreign materials in them.

Hi there! I usually don't have any problems with your food but I have a small complaint about 1of your products. I always buy your 2 pack giant chocolate chip cookies from the vending machine where I work. I have never had any problems with them in the past but so far this year every package I have bought the cookies were stuck together and wouldn't come apart no matter what I tried. Several of my co-workers have said the same thing happened to them. I know it may seem like a small thing but I was wondering if there was anything you could do to fix it. Maybe try putting wax paper between them so they don't stick together or something similar. Thanks for hearing me out and hopefully the problem can be solved. I love your cookies.

After an initial complaint from above, the manager called and told me what was in the cookie. It turned out to be a hard sprinkle and not plastic. The person was extremely friendly and courteous. After talking to him I feel well assured that their product is quite good, as I have in the past even after finding this green particle which I thought was green plastic.
