Reviews of Star Auto Glass in Hamilton

Just had my windshield replaced last week and I'm totally satisfied. Lorenzo was great to work with. He was efficient, professional and very accommodating. He worked with my insurance company to get me the very best price he could. The replacement was accomplished in less than 1 1/2 hours and I sat in a lovely little restaurant right next door while I waited. The other workers I met with also treated me with respect. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, is because they didn't tell me about the tape on my new windshield or when it would be okay for me to wash my car. Also the office is very much in disarray, although Lorenzo did tell me they were going to be working on renovations and apologized. I would definitely recommend Star on Main St. E., in Hamilton to anyone. Thanks Star and Lorenzo.
