I had Clay pick me up in downtown Hamilton. He was very friendly and personable. He arrived promptly within the time frame that was given by the dispatcher. I had a flat tire because of a bent rim. Clay went above and beyond to change it when he got me home so I could make it to work the next day (as all service centres were closed due to a holiday). I was very impressed and extremely satisfied with this service. Clay was awesome! I would definitely recommend this company!!

We Had Mark tow our sante fe home on a rainy dark cold night from stoney creek area after it got a flat he even offered to buy us burgers after we told him we were out to get food he was a super nice guy & down to earth fast efficient reputable at doing his job and going above the customer expectation highly recommend tip top towing if you ever are stuck with a car problem thanks again mark have to get those burgs next time cheers !!
