Very poor care given here. Employees are uncaring towards the residents and don't put 100% in. Also really nasty towards new employees. Management is just plain rude. Wouldn't recommend living or working here

my mother has been at the wellington since 2007 and has broken her shoulder, wrist and recently has fallen out of her wheel chair onto her head. They need to do more cleaning as there is an odour of urine throughout the facility. More compassion would be ideal.
