Reviews of West Park Animal Hospital Hamilton

We are extremely disconcerted with the service at the West Park Animal Hospital. The owner gave miss messages about what he thought our dog needed since Covid. He gave 4 pkgs of a medication and said try these on Deisel, so we didn't think we had to pay for them. At first he denied coming to the car and giving them and then called back and said he did. So what can we believe. We paid $969.86 for services in one day without knowing what they were going to do on Deisel. They are not a valuable animal hospital.
