Worst place we have ever dealt with. Got an estimate after our basement flooded. Estimate stated $3900-$4900. Thats to rip out dri core subfloor, vinyl plank flooring, Clean contents, see what is all damaged, dry the floor and use humidifiers. Well, first off it took almost 2 weeks for them to get our paperwork to our adjuster, but Winmar submitted their clean up bill right away. Had to message Said Dost many times to get the paperwork to adjuster. Once paperwork was done, new clean up bill was $8450. Pretty much doubled without a word to us at all. Excuses were, cost to use fans, clean contents( which they did NOT do at all), and to remove dricore which they new they had to do in the first place. I would NOT use this company EVER again and would also advise others to stay as far away as possible also. Was nothing but a hassle using them, but they made sure that they got their money and more out of this. Heard from lots of others not to us them AFTER our insurance already had them in there. Stay far far away ppl....you WILL get ripped off...fair warning
