Brought my car in to do some boy work.

Dropped it off with a full tank of gas. When I picked it up, it was down 1/3 of a tanks of gas, the seat, mirror and radio station were all changed. The oil level was also down which means that which ever employee took it for a joy ride drove it extremely hard.

I had body work done, there was no reason to dive it like they did.

Do not take your car to these guys unless you want them to beat the hell out of your car on a joy ride. They are not trustworthy.

I was in a car accident with which my car to Zellens Auto Mall, I can’t say enough about the attention to detail that they put in to not just the repairs but they also delivered my car to my house looking the same as the day I bought. The customer service is outstanding, from front desk , mechanics and flat and delivery person,
I more than highly recommend Zellens for all your repair needs from replacement parts for under the hood and body parts. I am very thankful that mohawk Ford dealership I purchased my car from uses Zellens for all of these types of repairs and Was told that they are the best at what they do. And from my Experience with dealing with them they’re absolutely right thank you Zellens for making this a smooth ride for me from beginning to end
