Purchased a Cadillac XT5 with winter tires on it, in May 2022. The salesman (who no longer works there) promised they would give me a set of all season and store the winter tires as part of the sale.
I had to purchase new rims for the second set ($1500), and phoned 3 times to verify the sizing of my tires in storage. No one ever called back so I purchased based on my current rims.
Turns out I never had tires in storage and the salesman just full on lied.
Today I was told there was nothing to be done, they would not honour the promise because the paperwork stated the winters were not included and essentially I could not prove I was entitled to winter tires.

In fairness I was willing to let it slide, the lady I dealt with was very nice, but the cherry on top was this; I purchased an extended warranty (only 6 months ago) and need the rear camera replaced. The dealership is now under a new ownership group, so because I didn’t purchase the warranty from “them” I had to pay a $150 deductible. No thank you. I’ll take my business and future Cadillac purchases elsewhere.
