Reviews of Andrew & Jessica's No Frills in High River

I can't believe this place. A few months ago I filed a complaint based on terrible produce, long line ups and how the owners daughter is very rude when she works on till. Today I was cornered by S****** his wife D*******, and a produce manger about my complaint. D******* preceded to yell at me add tell me that since I never left a phone number for me to contact me about my compliant that I could find somewhere else to shop. S****** stood beside her and said the same thing. This was in front of the store, where cigar ears and employees could hear and see everything. I actually said I felt like I was being bullied and they just said it was fine, they could do this if they wanted. Nobody should set foot in this store. If there was a very poor rating I would give it that.

Constant long line ups at the check outs . Doesn't matter what day or time of day. Prices seem to be incorrect on several items when cashier rings them through.So we've learned to use the scanning accuracy policy, anything under $10 is free!!! Staff not wearing proper uniform at tills as well as wearing a ball cap. (No it wasnt a No Frills hat either and yoga pants are definitely not professionally looking.) Very unprofessional..... It would be nice to see someone who actually knows how to run this grocery store more smoothly as the potential is there.

While shopping yesterday noted novelty items such as ice cream that was on sale, was being bought out immediately by other local stores. I feel on sale items such as ice cream and fresh chicken should be sold at a limited quantity so as many patrons can partake.
