This gym, despite having great trainers, has terrible customer service. They refused to cancel my membership when I lost my job, ignoring all my attempts to communicate my situation. They only cared about getting money from me and showed no empathy or understanding. Avoid this gym if you value fair treatment and compassion from the management. The owner of the innisfil location has been avoiding me at all cost. I have a 3 year old little girl I'm trying to support and get back on feet right now. This brings me to tears how difficult this has been. I urge you to never go to the gym!
