Dr. Noah was as harsh as possible.
We came to the appointment with my 5 year old daughter( this is her first! visit to the dentist, besides, she does not speak English well, because we are newcomers )…The doctor (as it seemed to me) was already in a bad mood .. he entered later than the appointment time, talked to us rudely and irritably, left, came, left, came again, put pressure on my child (my daughter was prepared, I talked with her before and she calmed down very quickly and quite calmly let her put on a gas mask), at some point he even began to raise his voice and wave his hands very close to my face, I was ready to burst into tears, but held on because my daughter saw it all ((. In the middle of the work, the doctor stopped to work and said that the second half of the work would be completed next time ... .. !!
What do you mean, sorry ??

On our first visit, my daughter was examined by another doctor. She considered it expedient to use gas and said that gas is convenient, because it is possible and necessary to do ALL 4 teeth at a time. This is the point.
Eventually:
1. the child will have double stress (that is we were misled about the severity of the work)
2. The price will be different, because I must again pay for gas (we were initially misled about the price!)
3. The most important! Because of Dr. Noah my daughter's first ever visit to the dentist will be a terrible memory... my heart is breaking...
I really hope that this will not become a trauma for my daughter and will not develop into a fear of dentists in her future life (((
The staff at the reception, on the phone and the medical assistants were friendly, nice and professional all the time.
Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with Dr. Noah .We will never go back to this doctor and will not recommend to anyone.
