Great staff! Great selection!

Overall bad experience staff made me cry after I spent all my money on a dress that that sold to a girl in my grad class, I went back after I called them to voice my concerns because they didn’t get back to me, once they have made the sale they don’t care about their clients manager made me feel terrible and after she made me cry on the phone went and told her whole staff about it because when I went in to talk to them they said “we have heard about you” and the manager didn’t feel the need to tell them how to solve the problem because when I went in they had no clue what to do. 0 stars for me, I now have a very expensive dress that I didn’t know what to do with it until I called the stores in Kelowna all of them felt awful for me and asked if they could by my dress so I could find a new one, it’s worth the drive to go to Kelowna
