Do NOT use this unprofessional joke of company. I live in a side by side duplex and they did work for my neighbor side and against my clear instructions they trespassed multiple times on my property after being told to stay off. They don't seem to care about legal property lines, they have an incredibly poor work ethics and gave 0 regard for anyone else. I've had city building inspections call the connection illegal, the BC safety authority is involved, I am registering complaints against James and his company. If these jokers had followed the LAW, I wouldn't have to be taking them to court over this. I have pictures, I can prove my complaint. These jokes installed my neighbours gas line thru the structure of the deck attached to the front of my home.. these jokes have been inappropriate in the work ethics,morals and clearly don't have the intelligence to understand property laws. Don't let these jokes of gas fitters near your home. They don't care about laws , regulations or anyone else space or legal property. They knew exactly what they were doing, my neighbours are their personal friends and I guess they feel that over rights my legal rights to my land. Don't let these jokes of licenced gas fitters near your stuff. They don't care about, your land,or your home. I can prove they do what they WANT and not what the regulations demand. This will drag into months and months of court action, don't use these guys
