ABSOLUTELYTHE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! they accepted the job of clearing snow at my elderly mother's home this winter, the same as we have contracted them for over 5 years, and then just don't bother to show up. no call to say they couldn't come ..... nothing....... many attempts to contact them went unreturned.
when I finally did get in touch with someone, there was not even an apology offered, just ABSOLUTE RUDENESS AND PATHETIC EXCUSES on the part of both Sarah and Doug. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
BEWARE BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE!!!!!!
