I took my car into Paul at Ord Rd Auto to have a few items fixed on my car. I supplied Paul with a New Brake Master Cylinder that was an OEM fit and there should be no issues. I never received a y calls for any employee or Paul the owner. When I called I was told that the Calipers didn't fit properly and that they would have to replace them. No problem. My bill at the time.e was a little over $750. I waited for another 4 or 5 days and decided to call once again. I asked Paul how the progress on my car and was told that it was ready. I asked the amount and Paul said $2500. I almost fell off my chair. I am a Senior and almost had a Heart Attack. I went a d paid Paul $2400 in cash as to save taxes. It took me some time to call Paul as I had been in Hospital. I could not find my New Brake Master or New Brake Calipers in my trunk. I asked Paul where these items were and he said he threw the Brake Master out and turned my new brake Calipers in for core. These items could have been returned for a refund. I have all the receipts and proof that all calls were sent by me and I never once received a call from Paul. The was no refund for my thrown out parts. I have all proof needed for this review. Paul would not respond to my Messages leaving me the only option of filing in Small Claims Court. Thanks
