Reviews of Adventure Trucks Inc in Kelowna

I don’t often write reviews but I felt like I needed to after the experience I had at Adventure Trucks Kelowna.
This is the worst company I have ever have the chance to deal with. If you are reading this please take a minute and let me share how terrible this company actually is.
I went to Adventure Trucks in Kelowna on March of 2022 in hopes to shop for a new tent and rack for my truck. Adam at the front desk had said it would take approximately 3-4 weeks after purchasing the tent to have it installed. Jeremy who is the owner had said to me he could have it done in 2 weeks as he was meeting with the rack fabricator that day and they had the tent already in stock.
2 weeks went by and I had not heard from anyone so I reached out to them and was told it would be another 2 weeks due to troubles at the fabricator. This went on for 5 months… during those 5 months I continually was trying to get ahold of Jeremy for updates. He would screen my calls, he would screen my texts and when I would be forced to drive to the actually shop to see what was going on, Jeremy would say to me that he didn’t want to take my calls or messages because he didn’t want to give me bad news… this is not how a company should operate. I was left in the dark and toyed around for 5 months after being told this would all take 2 weeks. Now they have ruined all my summer camping plans and I was forced to ask for my deposit back and look elsewhere.
