Reviews of AOK Flooring and kitchens in Kelowna

I ordered my cabinets April 6. The owners will not take my calls, return my voicemails, answer text messages or emails. I have asked for the status of my order more times then I can count followed by requests for a refund. They emptied out the store and removed all signage with out notifying clients. Do NOT give these guys money up front!!!!

Tasha and her company are everything that every other Negative review claimed. I cannot believe how someone is capable of coming up with so many lies and excuses as to why we are unable to get the cabinets that we ordered. She uses every excuse in the book and lies upon lies. It started with yes they are in the truck, then yes they’re on there way to be delivered and installed. Then story changes to they are in the warehouse, oh now a different warehouse, oh now my husband fired the installers, oh we have to cut back the pantry, and now someone else is delivering them. We got 5 boxes dropped off at 8pm after two weeks of a different story multiple times a day for over two weeks and they were ALL the wrong ones! We said we were done with her shady antics and company and that we will be there to pick up the cabinets ourselves and she still gave excuses as to why we couldn’t pick them up. Totally unbelievable!!! We will be demanding all out money back as this company is a scam!!! Do NOT deal with these people! My family is stuck with a gutted kitchen and no other option as of today

These people are despicable. They stole $450 from my boyfriend's senior citizen parents. They changed a $450 cash deposit and charged $5000 to their credit card. The female who charged the cash deposit had many excuses about what the delay was with delivering the flooring and more excuses about install. They eventually got their credit card charges reversed but now are out $450 cash. That is not acceptable. I don't know about everyone else out there but $450 in my books is too much. Never mind a couple that lives in a fixed income. I have a message for AOK flooring: Make it right. Give them back their cash
