I purchased a Danby window AC on May 16 ‘23. Today August 29 Best Buy costumer service was not helpful.This AC needed repair.The gentleman in costumer service very vague and uniformed as to the repair; he then gave me a phone for the repair.IT turns out to be a wrong number .I SPENT a hour on phone only to discover Best Buy does service Danby ac .BEST BUY NEEDS HELP, thanks for nothing.
