I had the worst experience at Care Dental Kelowna. They messed up all my teeth. The filling sessions turned into three root canals. They dug up the tooth too deep and didn't even inform me. When I expressed my concern during multiple visits to the clinic, they mentioned that they dug up deep until they saw the red pulp in the teeth. It didn't stop there. They repeated the same thing with another tooth. Now, one side of my jaw is in constant pain. I paid them $10K, and in return, I received ignorance and endless pain. Throughout the sessions, the dentist and nurses were so chatty, cracking jokes. Multiple times they didn't care to fix the bite after filling. When I voiced my concern, they said, 'Your bite is finicky.' I wish they would pay attention to their work. I don't think they have the skills to perform dental procedures. It's the worst clinic in town. I am writing based on my experience from 5-6 visits to the clinic over a span of a year. I wish there was an option to give zero stars. Worst clinic.

This place used to be really good. Unfortunately it’s really gone down hill. The little mirror used to examine your mouth was dirty , it was the first thing I noticed when I sat down .Dental assistant Karly made me feel rushed and had a bit of an attitude. Fortunately Dr. Dan is still there. If you want quality work Book with Dan.
