Poor communication, unprofessional, and incompetent and neglectful doing basic administrative tasks. They go back on their word in agreements and take a month + to get anything done.

I just wanted to warn many people out there about this company.
We have used them last fall for a tow, the truck came in, leaking buckets of oil on our driveway ( and I am not exaggerating when say buckets, we had paddles of oil in 3 different spots).
Contacted the company, then the owner, promised to come one of the saturdays himself and clean it up, never showed up. So, half a year later, tried talking to the owner through a driver again, he says…. TALK TO ICBC about it…. ICBC? not sure why. But we will definitely take it to the right places.
How can the owner be so irresponsible for his business and his vehicles?
So, if you are a private property and care for your driveway, please DONT use them!
