Brought my iPad in 2 weeks ago. Told them I needed it fixed that day they said ok we will fixed the screen, and BROKE the Wi-Fi chip. They have terrible service didn't start working on it till today, and refused to give it back despite me NEEDING it because I'm leaving the province for NATIONALS. I'm very behind in homework now and they are refusing to give it back. Brought it all the way to Vernon so we couldn't pick it up even if we wanted too. Do not recommend, please go somewhere else, these people will not help you. I am never going back there again.
