Reviews of Highpoint Realty in Kelowna

I rented through this company for 4.5 years. They were incompetent (forgot to tell the owner the place was rented and she barged in on us and was using the home while we weren't there) and move out was a nightmare. The told us our spotless home was filthy and they were going to charge us a cleaning fee because there was a smudge on the wall. Yet they wore their shoes in the home on the newly swept and mopped floors. Also, during the walk through the owner and property manager ganged up on me and started yelling at me because I disagreed with their assessment of the home. They verbally attacked me and literally ran me out of the home - slamming the door at my back. My neighbor in the townhouse next door actually texted me telling me she heard them screaming at me. So incredibly unprofessional and I feel like they take advantage of people who don't know BC tenancy rights. Avoid them at all costs and save yourself the headache.
