My wife and I purchased a Thule bike rack based on their recommendation and when it didn’t fit our bikes. I promptly returned it and the owner Darren charge us a 20 percent restocking fee. The rack cost over $1250.00 so he basically stole $230.00 from us. Avoid this shop! No common sense!

Kelowna eRide has good selection of e bikes and parts when other shops are out of stock. We bought e bikes last year and their service and after service have been above and beyond.
