22 weeks pregnant and went for our routine ultrasound. It is supposed to be An exciting and special time. We finally got pregnant after 3 years of trying And failed fertility attempts. The technician was incredibly cold and unfeeling ,gave one word answers and was not personable at all. It was a far cry from the very helpful ladies at the Kelowna fertility clinic. I have never left a review for anything and I just felt really strongly about warning other parents to be,about their cold reception. Spend the money and get it privately done and have a way better experience.
