I have dealt with Quality Tire for 7 years. I just had new tires installed for $1200. I asked if they could check battery. When making final payment thought amount was a little high when I politely questioned Carol she told me it was $59 to check battery. I told her that was crazy as most places don’t charge and it only took 4 minutes. She abruptly picked up her P.O.S. machine and threw it at her desk breaking it! I was more than shocked and I am still upset. Needless to say I will not be back.

If this company cannot even bother to call me back for a quote, how can I possibly do any business with them?
