Went to this salon for grad hair. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted, which was really simple and I got something a lot different. I had no time to stay and get it fixed, and when I got home it was falling out and half curled. I had to redo it 20 mins before my prom, and they won’t refund me. Never again.
