Mr. Michaud did an excellent installation. He was very courteous and was more than happy to answer my questions and explain how these mechanisms work, as well as what I should do to maintain them in good working order. He also explained the safety protocols that these doors require so that my family is safe from harm.

Wanted to thank CDS for such a quick response to a unusual situation ... our garage door would not go up ! Time was tight on my schedule and was needing help and so many thanks to Tracy, who reacted quickly and in short time was able to get someone to our house and fix the first snag. The gentleman that arrived was Christian Michaud who quickly rectified the problem and in doing a further evaluation explained why the door was refusing to open. As we discussed the problem, he gave me options of what I could do and was very well informed of the products that was available. After making the decision to purchase a new, more up to date opener, he returned that same afternoon and installed our new LiftMaster garage door opener. Both people I dealt with that day were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had purchase my garage door needs in the past from CDS and because of outstanding customer service ... if need be, I will be using their service again ... Thank- you both ! ... Now-a-days it's nice to find a company that actually cares about their customers . Cheers !
