HORRIBLE BUSINESS~~~~Instead of providing the Gold Warranty you buy this business does all the can to ensure they do not have to provide service - When you call the store they tell you to report all issues with your item and then when you file the claim the company says: · Claim is denied as you are reporting many issues (3 issues) at the same time. This is called accumulation of issues
If you would like you can still send the photos but the main reason for denying the claim is clearly outlined above. If you decide to send the photos, please send them in batches of two photos at a time.
Based on what you said on the conversation, you will not be able to show the issues on the photos as most of the damages are inside the sectional.

We bought and paid out a lot of money mid Decenber 2021. It's now June 2022 and still waiting for a dishwasher. Parts of the bedroom furniture we ordered have been replaced with other pieces more than once, because of damage, only to end up with pieces in worse shape than the original delivery. Broken drawers, scratches, dents, and worn areas. When we received the mattress, they thought we were stupid, I guess, as they sent us a mattress that was cheaper and not what we ordered, we spent a lot of time choosing the one we wanted. We called and were told the one we paid for was discontinued. When trying to deal with the manager over the phone, we got no where. We've driven in, 54km, to speak with the manager a few times, still nothing. So tired of dealing with a company like this. We've never had such poor service from any business in our entire lives, and being retired military, we've purchased from many places. If our problems ever get taken care of, we will never step foot into this business again, let alone buy from them.
