Terror on the 401 - after my tire blew and I shakily made it to the Costco Kitchener I received such terrific service from Krystal and the Manager Moe at the Tire Center. When they didn't have a set of tires that I required, they called around to the Waterloo Costco store and advised me to pick up the tires and bring them back and they would service me by squeezing me in their very busy day. I am so appreciative that they went out of their way to help. Each interaction with their staff members was helpful. You can tell that they take pride in their work, there's a great commradarie on the team in how they treat each other and that translates to wanting to serve and help Costco members.
