Very unprofessional, unorganized, unpleasant patient service.
Dr. Shayani treats patients with no respect and her medical knowledge is at the lowest level. She is not sure about the treatments, procedures etc. Very long waits to book appointments. No call backs from clinic to inform patient of the diagnosis and results. Full of restrictions and lack of sympathy.
Not caring clinic with not respecting staff.
Don’t waste your efforts and time over this clinic and specifically Dr. Shayani like we did over the past and now regret it enormously.

Very poor communication, inconsistent process, last minute changes on prescriptions. Not a good experience. Will not recommend.
