We purchased brand new sofa's but today when they arrived, we ended up receiving display models though we paid for the brand new one price. We called customer services but there rep is asking what is wrong with that? don't trust this company.

Horrible customer!!! I bought a product online and it came out wrong colours and they didn’t care and they blame. Customer service was rude and insulting! And she said they don’t have return policy before you buy anything from this company think again!!!

Recently, I purchased a good deal of furniture from them and they delivered $3000 worth of stuff I did not order. I had to drive an hour back to the store to get it rectified. They had left a mattress cover off of the order so I asked the manager if she could give it to me at cost to compensate for the fuel and nearly 4 hours of my time. She basically said No, my hands are tied and gestured putting her hands behind her back. She then turned away and went back to her desk to sip her morning coffee. I feel that this was very rude. It appears that they feel that they are above the need to correct their mistakes. I shall never shop at this store again.
As a follow up, I contacted their head office regarding the issue and did not even get a reply. Poor customer service on the management front.

I have made 3 separate attempts to contact them using their "contact us" format online. So far I have not received any contact.
I feel strongly that they are an organization that is cool until they have the money. After that, regardless of how badly they screw up, they are not willing to fix the problem. I truly regret shopping there.
