Reviews of Purolator, Shipping Centre - Ville St. Pierre in Lachine

today November 2 2021 , i got my packet from Bell but Purolator delivery a wrong apartment . i live in #6 who that is third floor but he let in 1 floor in front apartment 2 . the post man is so lazy to go up . they service is worst than Canada post .

Purolator is bad service very bad . My friend , told me that his packet fall in other building so the address is really cleary.

The Administration must be check and fix that problem immediately. I'm not satisfaction with Purolator service .

Impossible to talk to them. Their chat is horrible: instead of putting you in a queue to wait for someone, they just tell you there's no one available and you have to keep refreshing it.
On the phone it's even worse. Never got to talk to someone unless I waited for at least 2 hours.
They pretend to try to deliver stuff at your house.
I hate their service so much.
