Reviews of BCAA in Langley

I can't review their actual services but I can review recent communications and mailings I've had from them. I keep getting mail offering me "special rates" to become a member, while my husband does not. I sent an inquiry to BCAA asking why they targeted me and not my husband and when the responded they didn't come close to answering my question. I asked them to take me off the mailing list as I was not impressed that they appeared to be targeting female drivers, not male. They ignored my request and keep mailing me junk that I don't want. If you want to solicit for new members target everyone who drives, not just a certain type of driver.

Don't waste your money, called when I needed a tire changed on my horse trailer said I wasn't covered even though I repeated over an over to the agent at bcaa that he was sure trailer was covered to be towed or have a flat repaired paid higher rv coverage to make sure it was covered. Stuck at a rest stop,luckily there's good ppl in the world that helped for free!!!
