Reviews of The Brick in Langley

My mom came in to the Langley store last week as she purchased a mattress there a year ago and we suffered a horrible flood and lost our home and its currently being restored, insurance is replacing the mattress so she came in to get help with her old receipt and the price of what the closest replacement model would be. Some rude man just kept telling her she had to buy something? She clearly asked for a receipt for a purchase she already made and what the replacement model would be so INSURANCE COULD REPLACE IT. Educate your staff I get retail hires teenagers and the lowest wage international students you could possibly pay but my poor mother wanted help as shes having a hard time and I could not be more upset with your staff

Worst place ever for electronics. Come broken and defective and they do nothing but refer you to the manufacturer. Even when you contact them the same day as delivery arrival. Appalling and disgraceful.
