I took up an offer for a free personal training session for my birthday with Noah because I figured why not. Right away Noah had such a great attitude and energy, he sat down and got to know me a little bit and where I am with my fitness and my goals. I was getting bored and plateauing in my fitness and Noah was exactly who I needed to kick start me back into feeling motivated and excited about my workouts again. Every week is fun and exciting, Noah challenges me in ways that I didn't know I could move and within a month I'm already feeling and moving like an athlete.

I love the dynamic workouts that are fun and keeps me engaged, unlike the "traditional" way of working out. It's something new and challenges my whole entire body and mind. I look forward to coming in every week to train with Noah. Every time I walk out I feel empowered to get on with the rest of my week. He's an awesome trainer. Has an amazing positive mindset and energy. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to train like an athlete... Noah is your man :D Thanks Noah

I finally decided to try the personal training offered at Fitness World and am really glad that I did. My personal trainer Joel pushes me beyond what I would do on my own and knows what exercises to do and how to use the equipment so much better than me. He is always positive about how I am doing, even when it is obvious that I'm really not doing very well. My knowledge of how to use the equipment in the gym has improved so much. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did!
